Case in point. Vanson Sturgis today. Vented. "Cool" on the out and 25C with a south westerly seabreeze going home. Arm and rear vents open. To be hot Monday. Maybe too hot for my perforated Vanson Comet !

Well said, I stopped looking since all of Vansons I would look at had way too long arms for me. They do look Great and functional.

I’m very happy with mine - pure Shinki most of the time. Very few Badalassi squeaks and not a lot of Chomexcel stiffness.

Thanks. It feels awesome too. Has started the typical forming of horsehide to my frame (actually more so than the 613SH). I can layer at will, but it’s also great with just a sweatshirt.

Of course it’s still brand new, so don’t expect me to be totally objective about it.

I remain curious about the 613 sh as well. Having had two different sizes of the 613 s going down from a 46 to a 44 after losing weight over the years. Nowadays regularly wearing a 42 in different models, very tempted to grab a 613 sh in a 42 just to see what happens.
Hard to believe that the size 46 of the 613s was my go-to jacket and in the end even a 44 in that model didn't hug my body like I would like these days.
