Vintage polo WWI style peacoat. Good for warmer cold days. The Me Freedom pea is actually significantly warmer. I like these both but I have the most mint WWIi Kersey on the way. That one I’m REALLY excited for.

People often say A2's don't look flattering, but I can't recall seeing anybody here on TFL ( except maybe me) who doesn't wear their A2 well.
I think it's just a matter of having something better than a mall jacket and knowing what you're doing.

I've also liked most of the A2s that I've seen on TFL, and many of them I've liked very much. But I am a fan of the style.

Two jackets for today: first for this afternoon/evening out with my son my first ever Schott, this 519 in a large that I cut the belt out of back then (after this jacket there was an extra large that I wore for years but gave away)

This morning it was the 568 Vandals with a denim undercoating for the chill

What do you think of fringed leather jackets? Picked this up in a charity store for 30 quid. I measured tge fringes at 16 inches!!

New to me Cal.

A little large PTP but the armholes are the right size so I won't complain.

This one is from the mid-80s, judging by the black YKK plastic zipper. I wanted a solid Cal without any issues, and this one checked that box.

It shows very little wear and I look foward to breaking it in.
