A ton of black ice was making walking on tarmac to get to the hills was treacherous, no gritters laying salt overnight, plus add the wind chill and it was raw.im on the hills every day,it can be 15deg below what it was today and it comfortable, it's the windchill that's the killer.

"Gritters", I like that. I'm going to start using it. Way better than "sanders" even though now they mostly spray some mystery liquid on the pavement.

They give the gritter trucks these fun names, there's dozens of them on the rural roads trying to keep things moving, Around here it's the farmers who do the work.

The past week or two I've pretty much just been wearing the Woolrich 503 and not posting it, but my new scarf arrived so I went with the Lesco so I could see just how much difference a good scarf can make.

I also just had to finally replace / upgrade my 7 year old budget phone, so the quality of the pic's I post should be much better ( I hope, the new camera certainly seems a lot better ).

It’s a nice jacket brother. Wear it in the rain, get it wet and it will mold and drape over time.

Or avoid wearing it in the rain because it will take days to dry, it will get moldy if not properly aired while drying and it actually might get damaged if dried too quickly.

Don't wear your leather jackets in the rain. It doesn't do the jacket any good and not being waterproof, it doesn't do you any good.

All it does is make you look kind of cool.
