Covid-19, staying at home too much, eating too much, exercising too little - I’ve packed on some pounds, starting to show, not in a good way ... today, wearing the Thedi padded shoulder CR, tighter fit than before, dammit!
No vent openings. Its pretty light weight with only a half lining on the back, makes it a good option for warmer weather when you need a thin jacket to ward off the occasional summer showers without going all out with the wet weather suits. And yes, it does strike a nice Goldilocks balance...
Back here after a bit. Wearing my Vanson Stormer wax cotton jacket. This one has seen some decent use. I have the same one in green as well. They make great riding jacket for warmer, wet weather.

Yeah, that will be me too now. I'll keep on calling them Cafe Racer jackets, I'm perfectly fine with that name, but I know that OCD-voice deep down in my mind will now keep popping up saying, "wait a minute, you mean a Cycle shirt, or a Basic Rider, or ..." LOL
I was thinking along the same lines as I read through this thread. Maybe I'll cut through the clutter, and since this is a minimalistic design compared to the cross-zip/perfecto, I'll just call this the Basic Rider jacket in my mind, like in Harley's catalog from 20 yrs ago - thank you...

True. I find my V7 and the various Model A versions to be the same size - 42 for me. Can’t confirm current sizing for the Chopper as mine is based on older sizing format - S, M, L etc
Looks awesome! What size is this? I tried this on at Selfedge NY some years ago, was sooo tempted but didn’t buy it then. Looks like I’ll have to put this back on my to-but list.
