Howdy!

Vintage Western lover from the California Bay Area here! I am 24 years old and love collecting different Western (and non-Western!) gear from the 30's-60's, give or take a decade if the piece really stands out to me! Outside of collecting clothing, I also enjoy collecting housewares and decor to fill out my living space.

My passion for vintage stemmed from my love of older music, for me music has always come first. It was a slow evolution of learning what I truly enjoyed as far as older music goes, but I found my home in Honky Tonk music from specifically from the late 1940's to the mid 70's, though usually I tend to enjoy sounds that are pre-1970's the most. I also enjoy the surrounding genres such as Western Swing, Bluegrass, what would be considered "Cowboy music", and pretty much all other forms of traditional Country. I also enjoy early Rock and Roll and Pop music as well, just not always my first go to's right away!

I hope that this platform serves as a way to do the following:
1. Learn more about all different varieties of factors regarding vintage clothing (labels, aging, fabrics, etc..)
2. Get the opportunity to occasionally share things from my own collection!
3. Hopefully, become familiar with some new faces in this wonderful community!
4. Find out about any sort of gatherings that may occur post-pandemic.
