I suspect all of those folks "featured" are the ones who can afford the ridiculously high ad rates and get comp'd by being in the story! lol

I still have a circa 1969 viewer and a big box of reels. My favorite is probably New York City At night.

I can say right here, right now, that I do not own a suit that a purple hat would go well with. And the fact that it was purple, would bug the living hell out of me every time I put in on. :(

It took me a while to find...but this is what it looked like. I don't I look that good in lighter colors. So I wanted to darken it up a bit. And yes, I've since trimmed the brim a bit. I stopped pulling the felt over the block when I realized what the color looked like. I'll work on it...

Who knew that Black Rit Dye doesn't really dye black unless you leave it in for a really long time... :eek: So now I have to give it a green bath and hope it goes gray like I was trying to do in the first place!

It's not gold, but more of bronze color. It's vintage, and its your if it'll work. I have just enough to do a hat. Dalexs
