When I measured I get:
Shoulder: 19"
Waist: 19 3/4"
p2p: 22 1/2"
sleeve from shoulder straight down: 25"
back under collar to hem: 26"
For reference I'm 6'4, 185 and it was the arms (and body length) that were too short for me (esp if I wanted to wear on a bike). Shoulders and chest were fine...
