Yep, it's herringbone tweed... it's from a local brand, bespoke.

The trousers are indeed slightly flared. The overall styling feels more 30/40s than the usual 1970s retro style, perhaps it was made by an older taylor.... the suit was made in São Paulo, BrazilThe jacket back has a center pleat instead of a vent
