I'll get a picture whenever I can. There are no tags or writing on the inside besides a tiny little white sizing patch that says 40r and has a long serial number. There is nothing special on the cuff area, just a plain sleeve with no buttons or anything on it.
The three patches were separate. The eagle looked exactly like the Nazi eagle if he dropped the swastika, and the bow knot was a little white bow knot made out of some silky material and just sewn on.

For cloth hats I use a regular lint roller. For super duper dirty cloth hats a wet wash cloth gets it done. For straw hats something along the lines of Pledge works good.
