I tend to prefer very late at night when most of the rest of my neighborhood has gone to bed. Somewhere between midnight and 1:00 a.m. is just about perfect for me. I go outside and it's so very quiet and nice. Nothing but me, my dog Willie and a lot of stars.

I made Fettucine Alfredo last night. Pass me that bottle of Digitalis please.

I'm drinking Sidecars tonight and enjoying every sip. ;)

Not quite :-) Pizza Margherita cooked at about 700 o. Pizza with bbq sauce and smoked pulled pork or brisket might be something to try!

Wow, more than a week and no talk of drinking! Tonight I'm having a simple drink of Crown Royal, 7-UP and lemons. Pretty light and tasty for a summer night. Listening to an episode of Hermit's Cave too.

Pizza cooked on the Big Green Egg tonight.

Simple dinner tonight... ribeye, twice-baked potato and salad.

Actually, most all the sour cocktails are good in the hot summer months. Whiskey sour, Sidecar, Daiquiri, Margarita are all favorites of mine.
