LA Hat stores I had a great experience with Hollywood Hatters, be sure and ask for Sal.

Hat Boxes Check your closest western store. They usually have hat boxes for $5.00 each. Alternatively get a box the right size from a moving supply store (probably less then 2.50), place hat in sealed baggie and use the Styrofoam peanuts to secure hat firmly in box.
