The shop shaved the sleeve off at the top, at the shoulders, from what I can see. The cuff hasn't been altered. They do fit better. They also narrowed the shoulders slightly. A lot of work, all in all.

It is 100% legit. Fake Perfectos look like utter sh*t. Although, it has been worn. Very lightly but you can see that the creases in the sleeves had begun setting in. But this would be nitpicking. This jacket is, for all intents and purposes, near-new.
