i hear you hoosier....conceptually, i love it.....but because there is no consistent starting point, it can easily get jammed up. another major prob is if I do get if fixed, and it gets stuck while on me I will never be able to get it off because it is a tight fitting jacket.

Recently purchased a black FQHH jacket that was one of the aero/iron heart collaborations. beautiful jacket, awesome everything. it has larger zippers and a 2 way dual zipper......recently I zipped it up and the top zipper zips fine, but I cannot get the bottom zipper to move and now cannot...

I own 3 EFF jackets with one on the way. The jerseys, caps and jackets are all awesome. Especially the authentic wool baseball flannel.

also, another thing that would help aero....do you have a jacket you like in which the sleeve length is what you would like? if so, measure that and see it is it 24.5 or some other measurement. Good luck.

Dmdmorris - I am 6'3, I have a Hercules and the sleeve is 27 inches (from shoulder seem to cuff) and it is perfect. I like it longer, so it is well past my wrist when my arms are at my side and about an inch above my knuckles. Question - what is your regular dress shirt sleeve length? For a...

Thinking of getting either the vanson enfield or the ace cafe in black from aero. Vanson questions - can you customize the fit on the jacket and if so, where (vanson direct)? Is the enfield horse or steerhide? I have read something about a plastic zipper box on the Enfield......what on Earth...

awesome looking jacket Grayland. I just tried to order that and Amanda told me "nope". I am too big and the goatskin hides and not big enough for me. I am not sure about your question. I think the 30s HB slimness is more in the body and shoulders, but I am sure the sleeves are "fitted".

thanks for the replies Scott. In terms of what jacket? there are many that have caught my eye. The G2 jacket, some of the A2s, the Oil Rigger jacket, the Vintage Motorcycle jacket. How easy is it for a tailor to alter a leather jacket?

thanks Scott = Another questions for you. If you had a good tailor, is a leather jacket alterable? I am 6'3 225. the problem wioth being that size is everything is cit as if I have a 42 inch waist.

Just curious, has anyone had success with any of the jackets from the Cockpit (Avirex)? they have some decent looking A2s, but also have a cool looking motorcycle jacket and a nice looks Oil Riggers Leather Jacket. Anyone?

scott - glad you decided to keep it as the jacket looks phenomenal. I think sometimes we all need to adjust to different fits. You don't want to be uncomfortable, but I am sure in a few months it will be one of your favs once you get used to it.
