No, it's not, it's more late fall, early winter type jacket. I dont think it will work well in any type of wet weather either

Hi, so it's from the shoulder seam to the opening, so it's the whole length of the arm. They do have buttons on the cuffs that pinch in the sleeves to make the length shorter though!
