No Absolutely, it doesnt matter if I'm out for dinner or out at the supermarket, it's on my head. A hat is made to been worn and so wear it I shall whether its the same age as my dad or the same age as my nephew.

Not a lot of information on the interwebs. Someone on Aussie Gumtree has a similar one for sale which they have referred to as a “San Juan” which looks very similar in style…..but can’t find anything else on it. :edit to add photos:

This is what confuses me so much. All the Australian hats have the hat style in the sweat band that I’ve seen. This hat has a snap brim which is why I was thinking Fedora.
