What does the cream look like after some wear. I love it, but how does it deal with dirt and water?

They are squeaky. I give mine a light going over with some Vaseline or other ph neutral petro jelly (including the seams) about once a year and it works wonders....for a while.

I wear pretty low rise modern fit jeans and mine is just like the foto shows, maybe only a half inch higher max if i stand really straight.

I've been debating between a Thedi and a Board Racer for my next jacket, but I think this post has made up my mind. Really nice jacket. The padding looks so good, not extraneous or over done, but like it's meant to be that way.
