I've actually started working on a plan to do a year without buying anything made in China. I've been moving in that direction, and while tough, it is doable. I work in an industry where precision and longevity are key requirements, and I've seen devices that are supposed to last decades...

Great idea. I'm usually not that comfortable in them however. I tend to run warn as it is.
