Looks to me like it says Bill Jones Leather Shop, followed by Cleveland Ohio. Google has a bit more info about a place named that, at least.

I think this is Fidelity. If you Google Fidelity leather labels, you can find similar ones.

I bought a jacket from him earlier in the year. He seems like a pretty nice guy who genuinely likes leather jackets. I wouldn't be surprised if he's lurking here. I've seen him post a few jackets since I bought mine and would buy another from him, but they haven't been in my size.
