Hello All!

My name is Dalton Coffey and I am the writer/director of a short film entitled: The Headliners. It is a short Melodrama set in the 1930's about three knuckle-head bank robbers trying to make the front page.

I owe a lot of thanks to the Fedora Lounge. This place was a HUGE research tool for me and my team. The film is a result of 3 1/2 months of pre-production and I believe we were on here at least twice a day during that time.

So, on behalf of the crew and myself, I say: Thank You All! And I give you:

THE HEADLINERS

Enjoy:)

Cheers, DC

All those shiny Model A's make me think they're holding up the Bank of Dearborn! lol
But seriously, I know how hard these things are to get together. Great effort - it has the right feel, the locations are spot-on, so you're doing fine. Hope to see more.

Thanks for all the comments everyone!

We had a blast making the project and it's great to see it so well received. Thank you for taking the time to check it out.

We have a new project we are scheduled to shoot in August that takes place in circa 1957. I am really excited about this one:)

Thanks again everyone!

Cheers,
DC

Very nicely done. Wherever did you get those cars? Most impressive.

Thank you! I have a friend in the local Ford Model A car club and he was able to round most of them up. The rest came by word of mouth among the car community. You know these car guys;-)

They attracted a lot of attention during the production. People just thought it was a car show. I don't blame them... I would have stopped.

Cheers, DC
