My experience is that in general it's more expensive to ship out internationally from the USA than to ship to here from other countries. A large flat rate box similar in size to the one you listed would cost $67 to ship from here to your zip code. For a 3lb package USPS is quoting me $32 to ship to your zip code using the cheapest option which is first class mail international. I figured I could round down to $30 and still make it work. If interested at $30 let me know.
