Selling two of my favorite jackets ever. Why? They've sat in my closet for years, they get no wear (I've lost weight), and I could use the cash. No doubt I'm going to regret selling these, especially the Rainbow Country jacket I got on my first trip to Japan nearly a decade ago.
1. The Flat Head FN-LJ-HS001 Single Rider jacket in Black Shinki Horsehide - Size 42. Like New, with extremely low wear.
I've worn it once after buying it from the original owner who wore it a handful of times if I recall correctly. Inside pocket still has the silica gel packet if that's any indicator. This one comes with the original box.
Photos show general condition, extremely low wear. It looks, feels, and smells brand new with no real signs of any use.
Price: $2,000 USD Shipped and Insured to the Continental United States via PayPal F&F.
Measurements (photos in second post)
- Shoulders - measured on the back of the jacket, seam to seam: 19.75"
- Chest - Measured under sleeve, seam to seam: 21.5 - 21.75"
- Length - Measured from bottom of collar to bottom hem on the back of the jacket: 26.5"
- Sleeves - Measured from shoulder seem straight to cuff: 25.25"
2. Rainbow Country Hercules RCL-10013H (Jelado Japan) in Seal Brown Shinki Horsehide (Natural flannel lining) - Size 42. Like New, very little wear.
I bought this brand new from Jelado in Ebisu Tokyo back in 2017. To this day, I've not felt or worn a better constructed jacket (imo). I've worn it out less than ten times (probably closer to five times really.) The stitching, the hide selection, the color, the hardware, the contrast of the seal brown w/ natural flannel lining. Everything about this jacket is just perfect to me. There are a few light wear spots that were on the jacket new. The right shoulder seem has a small bit of wear (see measurement photo), and there's some very light wear marks on one of the cuffs (again, see measurement photo). The inside lining under the arms and at the bottom hem of the jacket have some light denim transfer from a shirt. Just noting so the condition is fully 100% transparent to the buyer.
This one did not come with a box when I bought it, but i will ship it in a box with generic garment bag. It includes the salesperson's business card too.
I don't believe Jelado restocked this or sells this as a stocked item. Not sure how "rare" it is, but it's the first one I've seen pop up online for sale.
Price: $1,850 USD Shipped and Insured to the Continental United States via PayPal F&F.
