Sure you can. Tea dye it. If it's a manmade lace, it shouldn't take the stain that well. Make a weak tea solution and dip the lace in. The longer you let is soak the darker the color. Go slow and see what happens.
Is it the one with the pics of the lady and the fake hair. If so, I tried that technique and I think I need ALOT more practice. I can't seem to get it going right. I guess it's claw clips for a while longer. (d@mmit)

The dress is great and the white shoes are perfect. To extend the wear of the dress, try wearing brown shoes/belt/bag. You can take the dress into the fall with the brown access. I like the necklace pictured with the dress too. Very 50's and oh so cute.
