I ended up having to help our local Scouts troop camping, the very day a storm hit us. Thankfully I was in my British Army WW2 'pup' tent. Stayed nice and dry :)

We have two cinema's on the island where I live, one is a regular multiplex the 2nd looks nothing special from the outside but does have a 'vintage' feel on the inside.

You know you are getting old when you attend your favourite 'vintage / retro' fesitval & they start in include bands from the 90s.
Still in shock about this, after all I consider Buddy Holly to be modern.
I saw the film last week. After the amazing reviews I was expecting a little more, but it is far from a bad film. The Spitfire scenes for me was the best part.
Female nurses on the hospital ships and the 1970s train carriage was a bit rummie.
The film is shot as a 'first hand' experience, so...
