Army. To be honest I'm not sure these jumpers are even scaled any more for general issue, I believe they have been replaced by the horrid fleece (not as outerwear).

I do rather like rude Londoners, I enjoy seeing the shock on the faces of tourists. That and how they treat people who stop at the bottom of escalators on the Tube.
In my experience they will accept "Yanks" a lot easier than the military form of address of "Septics".... I believe that one has to remain an informal nickname for now..
