Parka for midwestern winter?
My son, who has lived in San Francisco all his life, will be leaving for college in northern Ohio next month. His birthday is coming up, and I thought I would get him a really good, warm parka for walking around campus, etc. Functionality is the key, although it would be nice if it looks good...- Shake_and_Bake
