In the movie they are putting makeup on Rita Hayworth and he vigorously applies powder to her face and then brushes it off with what looks like a mini handled broom lol. Anyone know where I can get one of these? I wanna try this technique out! Thanks all

I have really round eyes and droopy eyelids. Any suggestion on making my eyes look not wider but less droppy when doing a classic look IE in the crease (my crease is covered by skin). HELP
