Believe me, sending things over the other way is no picnic either.
I sent a jacket from the USA to Greece (yes, back to BK) to have a repair done...sent out on January 6th--arrived February 8th. Oy!
Yeah...fit looks real nice. And I appreciate your comment about the collar, as I've always had a hard time liking the way many A2 collars 'stand up' around your neck. But, it all depends on who is making the jacket.
The leather, on the other hand, I have NO clue about. it almost looks like...
The shoulder measurements are correct. I had them make it a tad wider in the shoulders so I could wear a sweater underneath it on really cold days.
This jacket is bulletproof in the cold...hell in any weather. Yet, it's easy to wear because it's not too stiff, which I attribute to it being...

As always, it depends on the jacket maker. Sometimes I can fit into a 40 (like BK or Aero), sometimes a 42 (like Himel). My chest size is pretty much spot on 42. I wear a 42 long in a suit jacket.
