Wool-free newsboy caps?
Mine is so old the lining has come out... But have you considered suede? Mine is made of fine, smooth suede as opposed to rough thick stuff. It's a hand-me-down from my Dad, and could be a Dorfman Pacific. Not the least bit itchy but still an animal product. --Juliana- ManicMagpie

I just inherited a Churchill fedora in "charcoal" (sort of an oliveish grey, really). I know it's newer since the original owner used to replace his hats regularly. It doesn't have a raw edge, there's a seam but no binding. The logo inside isn't that worn so I guess it's pretty new...- ManicMagpie
