I'm a huge Lionel Train nut myself. Mainly O Gauge, but I was just out in York PA for the semi-annual train show/sale, and it's the largest in the country. Quick question. I purchased a shirt for the QM with French Cuffs for Saturday night. Now, I have cufflinks, but the cuff is very long and has two button holds, one in line with the other. I take it the cuff is folded back so they line up and the cufflink goes through both? I'm 99% sure...- Minnesota_Jones

I totally agree with all said. Very good points. As much as people here may dislike some caps, being ballcaps. There is a difference in a nice cap (like a Khaki aviator's cap I'll wear occationally) and a Trucker's cap (with the nylon netting on the back and the "scrambled eggs" on the brim)...- Minnesota_Jones

I've got a book at home on the making of the movie Dick Tracy with Warren Beatty. The fedoras in the movie (Not just the yellow one...) were all...... Stetsons. Ugh! Sad but true. The yellow trench was Burberry's if I recall correctly.- Minnesota_Jones

I think Rundquist's Bogie Style was a Phantom Blue in color.... I've just ordered a Skyline Blue in the Middle Weight Felt, with a 19 Line Ribbon in Blue Metal with the Bogie Teardrop styling and 2 1/8 brim. The APEX of Art Deco - The 1939 Hiawatha
We hit the Sacramento Museum last summer on our "roadtrip to the QM" on our way home. I've been to other railroad musuems with more equipment, but none are as well thought out and well displayed. I've got a modern repro of one of those "Candlestick" phones. It's nice. Also have some great repro/mod stuff from The Spirit of St Louis Collection. Just pop that into eBay and you'll see retro Aero styles of phones - "boomboxes" - clocks, etc. I have their boombox and a Aero style clock...- Minnesota_Jones
