Thank you so much, Nick and Ed for your replies, it's really helping me out. Ed Wiser, do you also happen to know how the buckram is applied to the caps? Fabric glue of some kind? Or just sewing it on?- Arthurcaps

I currently have 2 five panel caps, so I know how it's constructed, I know the sizes of each panel and the way they are attached but I just can't find a solution for these two things, not even by taking them apart.- Arthurcaps
