Aero 1920's Half Belt Pre-Production Sneak Peak!

Wade and Ken have all the details worked out and the Buco J-71 replicas, or what we're calling the Aero J107, will be on our racks by the end of January! It can also be specified with a double-welted horizontal chest pocket. We haven't specified our February Stuart orders yet, but I definitely would be interested if folks like the Stuart with a zippered chest pocket or a horizontal double-welted chest pocket. New Buttoned Aero Leather??
The Aero Slimfit Stuart is going to remain an Insurrection style. However, there will be one change--a diamond-shaped Talon chest pull will be in the place of the button on the left chest to clean the jacket up a bit. The fit is still as great as ever!- Carrie @ Insurrection

For zipper replacement, it depends...I usually use a 16, 18, or 20. On a thicker jacket, such as an Aero steerhide, I use an 18 needle.
