    I'm going to Montreal in July fort the first time and I can hardly wait! Especially since everyone has such wonderful things to say about it. I still could use some advice on what to do, where to wander, where to dance (swing!) Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated. Merci beaucoup!

    Thanks, ya'll! It was a lucky (and cheap) find! Yes, it has a zipper, and it has a little stretch to it. I certainly wouldn't trust myself to take it in, but I think it's just a little too baggy for a swimsuit. I was hoping to find one that fit a little more like a girdle :)

    I just pinned up all of my hair, and then made finger rolls and stuck a flower on the side. My hair is really thin, so it stays up once it's secured in the rolls! Can't imagine trying this with thick hair...

    This was my Saturday night 'do. I'm not sure why my face looks strange...maybe because I have a strange face! But my hair stayed up through hours of dancing. Yay!

    Had a brush with Hollywood?

    Part of 'Into the Wild' was filmed here in Portland, not 2 miles from my house. I stood around and watched Sean Penn do his directing thing. Also, one of my vintage dresses and I were extras in an indie short period film called 'Berlin.' Takes place on the brink of WWII. Coming out soon!
