I just took the Dobbs Dutton for a 1 1/8 mile spin downtown. Most of the stores were closed. There were a few tiny droplets but nothing about which to really grouse. (I had my $4.00 plastic hat cover with me, in the event of a "precipitous emergency"). ;) :D
