Agreed I don’t think I would have placed the order not for the discount applied. I don’t think the price jump from horse to badalassi is justified. Not at their current price point- Squirrel_hero

My buffalo jackets smell incredible and way stronger compared to the horsehide jackets from Thedi. But imo they all have an intoxicating smell of leather. A couple are more neutral smelling than others but smell is there.. just not as strong compared to the buffalo ones- Squirrel_hero

Definitely not the experience I want to hear someone had from my favorite maker.. hopefully he just refunds you at this point. especially if he has the jacket he created for you.. The good thing about schott is they’re good about returns. Imo thedi is far superior to schott. I did not like schott jackets, I went to the los Angeles store as well and I thought all the jackets looked terrible on me.. they did not fit my body type which I thought was a normal body type.. leather and craftsmanship is on completely different tiers...- Squirrel_hero

I think he made a little extra room for the shearling body but not a crazy amount because zipping it up is still pretty snug. I dunno how he does it. it’s pretty cool how it’s removable and the little tabs don’t bother me at all. I don’t even notice them. They’re all amazing the buffalo smells...- Squirrel_hero
