2 Custom 1940 36s Double Breasted suits

Here are 2 custom suits dated from 1940. Both are three piece suits. Both Jackets are Double Breasted with a classic high 6x2 button stance. The waist is quite nipped (suppressed). Both fit true to a size 36s. Both waistcoat are single breasted. The trousers have a 28 waist and a 29 inseam with 1.5 to let out. I can not find any issues with the suits.

One suit is a lighter navy fabric with light grey pinstripe. The other is a solid navy with newer quality grey buttons.

Would you post the measurements for each suit? - Chest (pit to pit), shoulder (shoulder seam to shoulder seam), back (neck seam to hem), arm (shoulder seam to cuff).

Also, the trousers of both suits have a 28" waist, is that correct?
