It is from the Wardrobe used for Boardwalk empire. I know who the seller is and we talk frequently.

These are selling fast. He will also be putting up many tweed knickers.

The first suit was a GORGEOUS three piece blue suit with peak lapels and a nice windowpane. It was gone within forty minutes. I know, because I noticed it on tumblr an hour later and went to buy it, only to find it was already gone. He hit the jackpot with the Boardwalk Empire sell-off!

That one sold fast. It was also a 36 and I had shared it with my peers I don't think they even had a shot at it.

I never watched the show so I have to see. it has a designated number on which season it was used.
All the true vintage was used for the extras and background people and new designer made suits where worn by the main actors. The suits where not all 20s they where mixed dates from late 20s -40s suits.

You can sometimes see belt backs that are clearly from the 30s but its "1924" in the show.
