Just curious if there are other hams here at fl?
I have two boat-anchors.
The first is a Icom 720a with matching power supply and desk mike,
and the other is an Icom 745. Not vintage, but considering how far ahead technology is from when they were new they're ancient. I believe they were early to mid 80's models.

Never done the amateur ticket but have been a dedicated SWL for more years than I care to remember FRG7700 & Lowe HF225.

it's an interesting hobby, and becoming old fashioned very quickly. Internet and cell phones have taken their toll. Also not too many are interested in learning morse code.
