Hello all, up for sale is our reproduction of Amelia Earhart's favorite flight jacket. We are offering this reproduction in a womans and mens version. This is the Mens version in a size 42.
It has all the correct details of the original in a mens sized pattern. Details include, period correct Hookless zipper, NOS 1930's casein buttons, and a reproduction Air Associates Inc label. MS Earhart was supplied equipment and gear by AAI on her 1930's aviation adventures. This fact combined with a lot of similarities between jackets made by AAI at the time provide a very strong possibility that AAI was the original maker.
Chest: 22 1/2" - Shoulders: 19" - Arms 26" - Back Length 24.5"
