Another Depp Hat Query

I ran across Depp sporting an unusual hat in one of the Sweeney Todd DVD extras. Can anyone pinpoint what type of hat this is? The bound brim looks turned up like a homburg, but tighter; and the crown looks like a tall porkpie. Interested in your expertise!
