Any REALLY dressy restaurants in L.A.???

Does anyone know of any really nice, DRESSY restaurants in the L.A. or greater Los Angeles area?? We have our 33rd anniversary coming up soon and would like to go somewhere where we can get really dressed to the nines, and at least not look out of place!
