No news for most of you here,
The Atomic magazine, unfortunately long out of print and some issue are very hard to find,
I got me the issue with Dita von Teese on the cover and just loved the magazine....what a shame thay are not in business anymore.
Got lucky on ebay and bought two lots of Atomic magazine now....can't wait to get them....I think most of them are already sold out at Retro Radar too.
I hope to get some more background about the retro scene and helpful tips and links etc.

I'm sorry they are out of print, too. Good for you for locating some issues!

Atomic was ok.
I think it was pretty bland overall, which was probably what did it in.
I prefer Grindstone. Or Rockabilly Monthly or Deluxe.

Just have received the first lot of Atomic magazines in the mail! Awesome! I guess I will spend some time reading tonight.
I have just noticed that I have bought one magazine twice. If anyone is interested, I would be willing to part with it for $10 (The price I have paid on ebay). It is the Winter 2003 Issue No. 13, out of print and not for sale anymore to my knowledge.

It's a shame really, I think the future is online mags as far as Retro is concerned.Mostly because we are scattered all over the world.
I think you are right....unfortunately, I do not know any other people in our area that are into retro stuff....
for most people, at least in SC where we live, retro is 1960's or 1970's....:rage: gives me the creeps....
HELLO! HELLO! Anybody out there in the upstate into "real retro"????

Just have ordered the last three missing back issues.
I just love this magazine.
Are there any other good retro magzine out there? Maybe even from the UK?
