Boiled front evening wear shirt care in the U.S.

This may be old news, but I just learned from Darcy in England that French Hand Laundry & Dry Cleaning in Pasadena, CA can care for/properly starch a boiled front shirt. So you don't need to send your shirts all the way to Barker's in the U.K. I assume that Barker's is still the only place, more or less, to get collars starched. Does anyone know if French does collars, as well?
