I'm pretty sure it has standard open road dimensions. It fits my 7 3/8 inch long oval head perfectly and I'm right at 23 inches. I wouldn't sell this one if I didn't have a very similar Borso that also fits me like a glove. I'll get the specific measurements when I get home from work later this evening.

Ok. It might fit me a little large. I'm a regular 7 3/8.

I was wrong about the dimensions being the same as an open road. The crown height open is just under 6 inches. The brim width is 2 1/2 inches.
The hole opening is 8 1/4 inches by 6 1/2 inches. I'd call it a 7 3/8 long oval. Great condition and nice un-reeded sweatband.
