I recently won a really nice Chase open crown fedora (probably 40s) on Ebay, with really soft felt. I sent it to Fedora to be made into a Bogey (like the one in my avatar) and here are the results...

The transformation from the used and somewhat uncared for open crown to the cleaned, reshaped Bogey style turned out excellent.
