Now, thats a good question Ed. It depends on the style of caps and also width of bolt, but you could probably get 4 caps from 1 meter, so that would be approximately 120 caps.

Thanks BK! I will probably adjust the size of the numbers and go a tad smaller and also try to get closer to the original vintage fonts for next time.

I think it's pretty spot on for a vintage font, actually. The "7" maybe is a bit 60s, and could do with having the descender squared off. but that's nitpicking. What you've got is distinctive while referential, and that's more important than exact reproduction in things like size labels.:eusa_clap
