Denim tailors in nyc NJ area ?

Hello all just picked up a pair of sugarcane Hawaii jeans and was thinking of tapering them a bit.
Any recommendations on a tailor in the nyc area or NJ area ?

Anyone recommend a tailor for original
Hemming ? ( reattaching current broken in hem) in the nyc area
I heard Stanton St tailors but they never answer the phone
