Dobbs 7 1/2 to 7 5/8 fedora. **SOLD**

I recently bought this hat on ebay. It is not the size advertised and I’m preparing to return it. It was sold as a size 7 3/4 but it is clearly a 7 1/2 long oval. At some point, someone remarked it as a 7 5/8 and I’d say that it’s accurate as the fit is more generous than most 7 1/2 hats. It has a two inch wide brim with a felted edge treatment. The hat is used and the felt and the ribbon both show their age. It’s still a very serviceable hat, but it’s far from pristine. The felt is easily shaped and all the shaping shown was done dry in 30 seconds on the hood of a car. Nice felt! The crown is approximately 5 1/2 inches open.

Before I return it I thought that someone here might like it. $75 plus actual shipping.
