Here is a hard to find larger Brooks Cafe Racer. I believe this is from the 60’s. (Correct me if I’m wrong). The 27” sleeves dont bother me because I ride a lot. The back length is a bit much for me. I’m 5’8”. If it doesnt sell I might have 3 1/2” cut off the length. I’ll need $150+shipping conus. Paypal f&f

Just measured the back on my black label size 50 Brooks CR, comes in at 25.5, use mine for riding & it’s a nice length. Yours must be for a very tall person.

That's a great jacket - designed for someone around six four. I'm six two and I wear a Brooks size 44 with a 26.5 inch back.

I bought the jacket from t4halo (it's already on its way to Seattle!) and I'm 6'5". Being that tall really limits your options when it comes to Vintage leather jackets. It takes a unicorn like this one.

The only other Vintage jacket I own is a Brimaco cafe racer in size 46. That one is cut a little bit longer than others from that era. Himel makes a replica of that jacket: https://himelbros.com/products/the-raider. I believe he even uses the same Lightning Zippers as on the original.

Andre, we need pics when the jacket gets there. I’m starting to feel pretty happy I didn’t have 3” cut off the length.

It only took the Brooks 2 days to get from Detroit to Seattle, a day earlier than the USPS estimate. The jacket was sent in a big box and came out great. Thanks T4!

It's more substantial than I expected for an early Brooks. Not anything heavy, but certainly not paper thin either. The hide itself has lots of grain and character. The cut is great too with lots of neat details, an all around great jacket. Thank you T4 for not cutting off 3" and instead passing it on for someone else to enjoy.

Here is a fit picture (with a t-shirt below). The bottom of the zipper lands right on top of my belt buckle.

That's fantasitc W! Not easy to find any jackets that will fit at your height. Never let that one go. The Brooks is my favourite jacket.
