All,

Greg Field recently posted this lightly used jacket for sale at a discount, and I bought it. Unfortunately, it's JUST a little too snug in the midsection for how I like to layer. If I was to wear it over just a T-shirt, it would be a perfect fit. For those who don't know, Greg's workmanship is impeccable, and Shinki is a wonderful leather that ages beautifully. This is also the most affordable Shinki jacket you can buy.

I would call this a Cafe Racer with a dress / half-belt collar and a fun semi-gusseted back. The sleeve zips are on the inside of the forearm for easy access and a discreet look. It has a black rayon lining, 2 zippered chest pockets with Waldes zips, and a slight dip in the front of the jacket.

This jacket is tagged as a 44, but thanks to Greg, I have detailed photos with measurements of the entire jacket. Please compare it to something you already own . The condition is nearly new with some very light creasing in the sleeves.

Two points to note for full disclosure:

- This jacket is quite trim in the arms with a beautiful taper. Please check another jacket you own and compare it to the measurements below.

- The Talon main zipper is not as stiff as some other zippers, so it can be a bit "fiddly" to zip up. It takes a moment to fit the pin into the zipper so you can zip it up. I want to be 100% transparent here - the zipper functions, it just takes a little practice to zip up quickly.

Greg normally charges £1050 plus £50 shipping for a jacket like this - $1440 roughly. I paid just shy of $1000 out the door for this jacket at Greg's sale price.

I am asking $925 shipped to the USA for this jacket.

Cuff (unzipped) - 5.25"

oh boy. Probably a size too big for me, but damn that is nice. Thinking if I can give this Shinki the Shrinki treatment. But don't want to mess with a $1k jacket. This is a good one for @JMax @ton312 and others in that physique range

What a deal, I would fit this jacket except for the sleeves. I can’t believe someone taller hasn’t bought this. I have about a year more to wait.

Is that the wait time now on a custom Field?
Sleeves are long for a tall man on this one.
Yeah I was quoted 12 to 13 months. He is a one man craftsman so I expecting possibly longer but I hope not. That guy made the YouTube video on him and brought him in the spotlight.
