I received a 1930's Homburg in this hatbox, and I have no use for the box. Before recycling it, I'd rather it go to a FL collector if anyone wants it. You pay actual shipping, and it's yours.
The box is of dense cardboard construction and obviously has seen wear. There is a torn section on the side toward the bottom (see photos). The bottom of the hatbox is almost completely detached, but some glue should repair it because it's all there and structurally sound. There are not internals for protecting a hat.
